“Always There” is a painting created by Bianca James. This piece was inspired by police brutality and the ideology of Black Lives Matter. The concept was to demonstrate how majority of black men have a target on their back from police in certain areas. The innocent man looking into the distance shows the unawareness from the black men who are not aware of this target.
